Warranty Terms
Thailand Home Appliances
- The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase, and valid only for purchase made from Thailand home appliance & Distribution channels.
- The product must be registered in Thailand Home Appliance website to avail warranty.
- Retain the original sale bill and the Warranty Card, which should be shown to our Service Personnel for Scrutiny while sending your Stove for service to our Authorised Service Centre.
- The Two Year Warranty does not cover damage of the Gas stove due to mishandling/negligence.
- Company warranty will not cover any breakage/damage to the Glass top
- All repairs within the Two Year Warranty period (arising from manufacturing defects) will be done Free of Charge.
- Free service and replacement under Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
- For repairs after the expiry of the Warranty period our Service Centre will levy a nominal charge on components replaced.
- The Warranty is valid only in the country of purchase.
- Defective components which are exchanged both under ‘Chargeable’ & ‘Free of Charge’ basis become the property of the Company.
- All our service Centers display a list showing the Maximum Retail Price of all the parts.
- If any unauthorized person tampers with the Gas Stove the Warranty is void.
- Thailand Home Appliances reserves the rights to alter the terms & conditions of the warranty & service policy without any notice.
